The Lakes Region of NH is a place where people come once and fall in love with the area, or spent time here in the past, with family and friends. I find many buyers had a connection, either a past family member who owned on they lived here for awhile, left, and now want to come back. Many sellers love it here and move around the lake, or their lives have changed and they're ready to go (and it usually involves family in another area).

My primary areas are Gilford, Meredith and Laconia. I branch out to the Route 93 area, between exits 19 and 23.
I focus on this area because I live here and can quickly get to properties to service my clients.
I can work anywhere in NH, but often refer to other great agents in other parts of the state. My commitment to my clients keeps me focused in this area. It's a disservice to clients to 'pretend' I can give them excellent customer service if they are 90 minutes away. It is not realistic and I'm often unavailable to make the trek regularly. 

I've lived in southern NH (Bedford), northern NH (Carroll) and summered on the seacoast for years (Rye). If you have questions about different areas in NH, or maybe are trying to figure out where to 'land', I can give you great insight with pros and cons of areas throughout most of the state. I have not spent much time in the far western part of the state that borders VT until you get up past Franconia Notch.
